I told him I’d tried to make a candy glaze with liquid chocolate syrup, powdered cocoa of every sort available, chocolate chips from every maker I could find, and had even tried chocolate from those folks in San Francisco. Sadly, none of them worked.
This guy was a veritable fountain of information. “No wonder you haven’t been able to make chocolate coated popcorn” he stated.
